CONDITIONS OF USE
Welcome to Rioridge.com.  Rioridge.com and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Rioridge.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Rioridge.com service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with RioRidge.com, whether or not included in the Rioridge.com Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such guidelines and conditions, such guidelines and conditions will control.

SHIPPING
Rioridge.com DOES NOT ship orders worldwide. Rioridge.com currently delivers to the United States and Canada. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options. Pieces that are in Back-Order will be shipped as soon as they become available. If a piece of your order will be Back-Ordered longer than 10 days you will be notified via email and will have the right to cancel purchase if you choose.

All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an e-mail confirmation at the address listed in your Rioridge.com profile. Please check for your confirmation. In addition, we will also notify you by e-mail if there was an issue with filling your order. Shipping fees are based on your order’s weight, and destination.

Expedited shipping is available upon request

Delivery of most packages within the continental United States is between 4 – 10 business days.
