Rioridge guarantees your complete satisfaction.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund.  Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the shipment was damaged or you received the wrong items.

Exchanges are usually processed within 24 hours of our receiving the returned items, excluding the weekend.  Refunds are processed within 5 days and you will receive a copy of the credit slip in the mail or by e-mail.
